Judicial Yuan Hosts Taiwan-South Korea Family Investigation System Conference
On August 17 and 18, 2023, the Judicial Yuan hosted the "Taiwan and South Korea Family Investigation System Conference". The Yuan extended invitations to investigator Song Hyun Jong from the Seoul Family Court and investigator Lee MyungEun from the Incheon Family Court of South Korea to share their practical experiences in operation of South Korea's family investigation and visitation centers. The conference aimed to promote the protection and implementation of children’s right to be heard, and began with an opening speech delivered by Huang Lin-Lun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Judicial Yuan.
