Inspired by the International Children’s Rights Month activities, on November 19, 2021, at the Judges Academy, the Judicial Yuan held the “Children’s Rights Month Seminar Series 2021” to reinforce the protection for children and juveniles. The seminar focused on several issues, such as interdisciplinary conversation on juvenile matters, exploring the implementation of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) on family matters, and try-outs regarding meetings and communication with minor children. In addition, we hoped we could do our best for children and juveniles by gathering strength from different parties.
