For the betterment of the family matters investigation officers system in Taiwan, the Judicial Yuan held the “Seminar on Family Matters Investigation Officers in Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea 2021“ on November 12, 2021. Secretary-General Lin Hui-Huang also arrived and gave an opening remark. During the session, Jikahara Yasumitsu, lecturer of the University of Toyama from Japan, and Song Hyun-Jong, deputy chief investigator of Incheon family court from South Korea, first shared the characteristics and practice of Family Matters Investigation Officers in Japan and South Korea respectively, then further discussed on challenges that they had encountered under the COVID-19 pandemic.
