The Judicial Yuan held the 2022 International Conference Marking the 10th Anniversary of the Family Act and of the Taiwan Kaohsiung Juvenile and Family Court
To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Family Act, the Juvenile and Family Court Organization Act, and the establishment of the Taiwan Kaohsiung Juvenile and Family Court, the Judicial Yuan held an international online conference on June 1, 2022, inviting experts from the U.S. and Germany to share their experience. In the session, judges from the U.S. and scholars from Germany gave keynote speeches respectively on the Family Resolutions Specialty Court and the update of the upcoming German law on adult guardianship. President Hsu Tzong-Li also attended to address remarks.
