In celebration of the 76th Judicial Day, the Judicial Yuan, Ministry of Justice, and Taiwan Bar Association jointly held a seminar in the conference hall of the National Central Library on January 12, discussing issues as follows: ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) Mechanism, Discussion on ADR Mechanism for Prosecutors in Investigation and Trial, and Dispute Resolution Beyond Litigation in the Digital Age– Procedural Protection from ADR to ODR(Online Dispute Resolution). President Hsu Tzong-Li attended the seminar and delivered an opening remark.
