Since establishing its own website until now, Judicial Yuan continues providing the latest updates related to the administration of justice. However, along with the change of online environment, Judicial Yuan also sets about the revision of the website. It was formally launched online on December 10th, 2019. New website adapts the latest RWD and the webpage standard of level AA accessibility for the design. The layout uses “blue-goldish color” as the base tone to symbolize the solemn and warm judicial image. Moreover, children’s corner is added to the website with a relaxing and lively layout design. It aims to help the new-generation group to quickly understand the basic judicial knowledge through images, contexts, and videos. The following six features are available on the brand-new version of Judicial Yuan’s official website:

It provides the function of online streaming so that the sites of various judicial activities can be presented to the public in the real time. It turns the concept of open and transparent administration of justice into actual actions.

▍2.Quick index of code for bill of complaint

Classifying the content of 18 different kinds of bills of complaint and providing code for quick index. In addition, the function of viewing the bill on line is offered so that users can check the content of the bill without downloading the file.

▍3.Common Q&A- litigation assistant

Integrating the content from the old website and re-classifying it into 28 categories, including 700 sets of Q&A related to the lawsuit concerned by the public. Other than keyword search, searches can be done through quick index via the code.

▍4.Online Judicial Weekly and announcement bulletin

The defect of unable to carry out search function on the old website has been improved. All the data have been re-established and re-structured for the function of search so that the public will be able to screen out the information they need.

▍5.Professional demassification and integration service

Specialized zones are established for professional personnel like lawyers, private notary public, mediation committee members, appointed interpreters, and appraisers. The common functions are integrated for better and convenient use.

▍6.Search Engine Optimization

Other than the function of search for each specialized zone on the website, Google technology is also used to provide search functions on the whole website to hugely enhance the convenience of search on the website.
