To save time and energy traveling back and forth to the court, the Judicial Yuan has been implementing the ” Video-Consultation Service on Litigation Procedure” project by stages since 2017. From March 1, 2020, courts of first and second-instance throughout our country have been practicing the video-consultation service, providing a better, more convenient litigation counseling service with the combination of local government resources and application of video conferencing technology and devices.

All you have to do is finding a local city/county/district office(the mediation committee) and take a number in person or by reservation. Meanwhile, via the internet connection with the court, the staff in charge of litigation counseling will verify your document, answering your questions on litigation procedure face-to-face. As a result, judicial service becomes more efficient.
