Since 2012, Judicial Yuan, Judges Academy, European Economic and Trade Office, French Office in Taipei, German Institute Taipei, and Taiwan Alliance to End the Death Penalty have jointly held the epoch-making collaboration program—"EU-TAIWAN Judicial Exchange Programme" for many years. This year, presented via online conference, the 2022 EU-TAIWAN Judicial Exchange Workshop discussed the issue of "Human Rights in Citizen Participation Practices," looking for inspiration from each other by exchanging their ideas.
