Visiting the European Court of Human Rights(ECHR) and Surveying Judiciary of Germany

From September 1 to 12, 2019, accompanied by Director-General of Department of Administrative Litigation and Discipline Chien Huei-Chuan, and Director-General of Department of Clerks for the Justices of the Constitutional Court Hsu Chen-Chou, vice president of Judicial Yuan Tsai Jeong-Duen led a five-person delegation to visit the Federal Court of Justice(German: Bundesgerichtshof, BGH), the Federal Disciplinary Tribunal(Dienstgericht des Bundes), the Federal Administrative Court (Bundesverwaltungsgericht) in Germany, German Judges Association in Berlin, and ECHR.
