The epoch-making EU-TAIWAN Judicial Exchange Programme is a joint exchange program co-hosted by Judicial Yuan, Judges Academy, European Economic and Trade Office, French Office in Taipei, German Institute Taipei, and Taiwan Alliance to End the Death Penalty since 2012. This year, held at the international conference hall in Judges Academy, the “2020 EU-TAIWAN Judicial Exchange Programme” chose the topic “The Forensic Psychological Assessment and Treatment of Mentally-disordered Offenders in the Criminal Justice System” for the participants to brainstorm with each other.
