President Hsu meeting Justice Prof. Dr. Gabriele Britz (Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany) and exchanging views on the practice of the constitutional review
On September 19, 2019, the Judicial Yuan invited Justice Prof. Dr. Gabriele Britz for her lecture on “The Role of Constitutional Courts: Some Thoughts on so-called Judicial Activism.” Prof. Dr. Britz met President Hsu and the Justices before the lecture for exchanging views.
