Professor Tamura Yoshiyuki from the University of Tokyo led a delegation to the Judicial Yuan on March 13, 2026, and was received by Acting President Ming-Yan Shieh. The visiting group included Professor Chung-Lun Shen and Professor Lung-Sheng Chen from National Chengchi University, Professor Yi-Ping Wang from National Taipei University, Professor Tzu-I Lee from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Professor Chieh-Li Pai from Soochow University, and Professor Hao-Yun Chen from National Taiwan University. Acting President Shieh was accompanied by Director-General Yi-Yi Chen of the Department of Administrative Litigation and Discipline and Judge Ai-Jhen Huang of the Clerk Department of the Constitutional Court. The two sides shared views on developments in intellectual property rights research and educational exchanges. The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere and concluded successfully.
