Chinese Arbitration Association and the Speakers of Taiwan Arbitration Week International Conference Visit the Judicial Yuan

On October 29, 2025, Acting President Ming-Yan Shieh of the Judicial Yuan, accompanied by Civil Department’s Director-General Chun-Ting Lin and Judge Yen-Cheng Mao, received a delegation of speakers and participants attending the Taiwan Arbitration Week International Conference.
The delegation was led by Joe Y. C. Wu, Chairperson of the Chinese Arbitration Association, and former Justice Chang-Fa Lo. Members of the delegation included Attorney Stephan Wilske of Gleiss Lutz, Attorney Jason Wu of Justus Law Offices, Attorney Hung Hsieh of Pontis Law, Associate Professor Apoorvi Shrivastava of Manipal Law School, India, Associate Professor Alexandr Svetlicinii of the University of Macau, Barrister Grace Cheng, International Arbitrator Inbavijayan Veeraraghavan, and Associate Professor Chingwen Hsueh of the Department of International Business, National Chengchi University, among others. The two sides exchanged opinions on various issues in a cordial atmosphere.
