Delegation of the Ritsumeikan University and Shizuoka University from Japan Visit the Judicial Yuan

A delegation of Ritsumeikan University and Shizuoka University from Japan visited the Judicial Yuan on September 4, 2025, and was received by Acting President of the Judicial Yuan, Ming-Yan Shieh. The Japanese delegation included Professor Misako Oda, Professor Nozomi Yamada, and Professor Chika Mochizuki of Ritsumeikan University, as well as Professor Zhu Ye and Lecturer Tsukasa Bito of Shizuoka University. The delegation was accompanied by former Justice Sheng-Lin Jan and Associate Professor Yu-Hung Yen of the College of Law, National Taiwan University. Justice Tai-Lang Lu and Judge Ai-Chen Huang of the Judicial Yuan were also in attendance, and the dialogue was interpreted by Judge Szu-Fan Chen of the Taiwan High Court.
During the meeting, the two sides shared thoughts on the judicial systems in Japan and Taiwan and looked forward to more exchanges in the future.
