Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Delaware and the Delegation of the Delaware Court of Chancery Visit the Judicial Yuan

On September 2, 2025, Acting President of the Judicial Yuan Ming-Yan Shieh received Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz, Jr. of the Delaware Supreme Court, Judge James Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery, and Attorney Catherine G. Dearlove. The visit was accompanied by Director-General Chun-Ting Lin, Deputy Director-General Su-Feng Chung, Judge Shu-Lan Yang and Judge Yen-Chen Mao, all from the Civil Department. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on cooperation between the Judicial Yuan and the Delaware Supreme Court, as well as on issues related to commercial law. They also expressed their mutual desire to maintain close ties and to further promote judicial exchanges in the future.
