Delegation Led by Judge Raymond T. Chen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Visits the Judicial Yuan
On June 26, 2025, Judge Raymond T. Chen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and his wife led a delegation visiting the Judicial Yuan. The delegation included partners from several U.S. law firms: Erik R. Puknys, Rudy Y. Kim, John F. Rabena, and Meiling Chen. Also present were Roger Chang, a partner from Lee and Li Attorneys-at-Law, patent attorney Andy Hsieh from the same law firm, and Professor Su-Hua Lee from College of Law at National Taiwan University. The delegation was received by Acting President Ming-Yan Shieh, accompanied by Justice Fu-Meei Ju, Justice Po-Hsiang Yu, Director-General Hao-Ching Yang of the Clerk Department of the Constitutional Court, Director-General Yi-Yi Chen of the Department of Administrative Litigation and Discipline, and Judge Yi-Yi Lee. Both sides exchanged views on constitutional systems and judicial issues relevant to Taiwan and the United States in a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.
