The Judicial Yuan and the Taiwan Constitutional Court sincerely welcome the visit of Assistant Professor Dian Shah and Research Associate Ratu Nafisah from the Centre for Asian Legal Studies, NUS
On July 15, 2025, the Judicial Yuan and the Taiwan Constitutional Court (TCC) welcomed the visit of Assistant Professor Dian Shah and Research Associate Ratu Nafisah from the Centre for Asian Legal Studies (CALS) at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law. On behalf of the Judicial Yuan and the TCC, Acting President & Chief Justice Ming-Yan SHIEH expressed sincere welcome to the scholars upon their meeting. Their meeting was accompanied by Justice Po-Hsiang YU, Director-General of the TCC Hao-Ching YANG, and Research Judge Yi-Yi LEE (translator of this meeting). During their meeting, the esteemed guests and Judicial Yuan officials engaged in lively dialogues on constitutional adjudication and the prospects of future exchanges.
