Vice Chancellor James Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery Visits the Judicial Yuan
Vice Chancellor James Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery visited the Judicial Yuan in the company of Professor Lin Chien-Chung at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law. The delegation was received by President Hsu Tzong-Li, accompanied by Deputy Secretary-General Huang Lin-Lun and Director-General of the Department of Public Information Chen Ting-Yu. President Hsu first introduced the roles and responsibilities of the Judicial Yuan and the judicial system in Taiwan. Both exchanged opinions on the area of corporate governance, followed by a visit to the Constitutional Court.
