Delegation from the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Korea, Pays a Visit to the Judicial Yuan
Chief Professor Kim, Seongsoo, Professor Kim, Jungtae, and Professor Lim, Taekjun, from the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Korea, visited the Judicial Yuan and were received by Deputy Secretary-General Huang Lin-Lun, in the company of the Director-General of the Department of Administrative Litigation and Discipline Chen Yi-Yi and the Director-General of the Department of Public Information Chen Ting-Yu. The meeting was interpreted by lawyer Lu Jia-Lin. Deputy Secretary-General Huang expressed that Taiwan and Korea have great homogeneity in terms of social and cultural background as well as legal system. The frequent judicial exchanges between Taiwan and Korea in the past years have built a deep and strong friendship. Both sides also exchanged opinions on their judicial systems, supervision of judges and independence of the court. The meeting yields fruitful results.
