Head of the Central Authority on International Children’s Issues of the Netherlands, Ms. Jolien Janse, and the Coordinator, Mr. Arjan van Leur, Pay A Visit to the Judicial Yuan
The Head of the Central Authority on International Children’s Issues of the Netherlands, Ms. Jolien Janse, and the Coordinator, Mr. Arjan van Leur, visited the Judicial Yuan and were received by deputy Director-General of Juvenile and Family Department Li Kun-Lin, translated by Judge Hsu Shu-Fen. Deputy Director-General Li first introduced the roles and positions of each party during the intercountry adoption proceedings. Judge Hsu then explained the responsibilities and assignments of the judicial system during adoption proceedings. The guests also presented the latest intercountry adoption policies in the Netherlands. Both sides wish there would be more opportunities for exchanges in the future. The visit was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
