| Under which circumstances, a case can be regarded to have become final and conclusive? | ||||
| When a litigation case for which the court has rendered a judgment/decision and the parties have not expressed their objection to the judgment/decision or waive their rights to further appeal such judgment/decision to a superior court, or the statutory period for filing an appeal has elapsed or the appealing party has revoked the appeal, such judgment/decision shall become final and conclusive at the time when the statutory period for filing an appeal has elapsed. | ||||
