Can the agent for the litigation, the victim and the complainant file a petition for an interpretation?

The exercise of the right to file a petition for an interpretation of Constitution is conditioned upon that people’s right protected by the Constitution has been infringed. The Constitutional rights of the litigation agent, the victim and the complainant have not been directly infringed by the judgment/decision. Thus, the litigation agent, the victim and the complainant are not allowed to file a petition for an interpretation of the Constitution, (Referenced articles: Article 5, Paragraph 1, Section 2 of the Law Governing the Judicial Yuan Justices’ Review of People’s Petition for Interpretation.)
